Hi guys, I'm Brad and when I was in high school, I always dreamed of being able to do what the guy in that picture is doing.. a 180 dunk! Not just any old dunk, but one with immense style and finesse!

Ok well what really excited me about this was that the author Jacob Hiller actually works with professionals to increase their vertical.

This wasn't just a simple book thrown together by someone who knew nothing about jumping, it had tried and tested methods and was actually used by the author when he teaches athletes as well.

Ok so first impressions were good, but what can it actually do for guys like me and you?

What It Does

It shows you why most people will never discover their full height potential. Most people just don't get hold of the correct knowledge and are left practising incorrect training methods. It walks you through how to build up the fast twitch muscle fibres in your legs. The more of these fast twitch muscle fibres and the stronger they are, the more explosive strength you'll have.


You're also shown exactly what types of food to eat to really maximise your results too. For example, I never knew the huge benefits of whey protein after a workout!

Every base covered, this was exactly what I was looking for! So, good and bad points, let's assess.

Cons:

Well I'm being really picky here, but perhaps the video's could have been of a bit better quality. Still, you can understand and therefore implement exactly what he is saying to you so this really isn't that big a deal.
 
The videos are a very important part of this course so I'm glad they were in rather than not.

Pros:

The one to one mentoring is brilliant. There is no one person that's the same so it's great to have that kind of support behind you.

I liked how easily laid out everything is too. Jacob really does walk you through every step of the way.

Well, that depends on how much effort you are willing to put in. To gain 10 inches in 12 weeks you cannot just simply expect to have this manual and take no action.
